Hye there everyone .... it has been a lonnngg time since i last blogged. ... but that does not mean i left the kitchen..;)hehehee.. Been busy with some other business n had no mood what so ever to bake for a while ... Meanwhile....there's always been request for my Salt fish sambal....that I've made many years ago but did not think i would commercialized it ... It was my youngest brother who tried my sambal n said .."Wow Nie dis is LAVA" ....But never thought dis day would come ..wen my Lil Sister n I decided to concentrate n HIT the market with " SAMBALAVA" ...(if my Late mother was here ..She would say " I told yall to do dis many years ago .." :))))..Well everythg happened for a reason ...n better late thn never...:)
SAMBALAVA Homemade cilipadi saltfish( tinggiri) sambal... It was my Bonda's recipe that I improvised.I used to make SOTO served with my cilipadi saltfish sambal... my fmly would just go craZY over it .... It was not so much over the clear chicken soup SOTO ... but it was my sambal dat compliment the SOTO dish!
Many even said dat a plate of hot rice one fried egg and SAMBALAVA completes it!!!If you are A Sambal lover ..n not forgetting the saltfish ... than SAMBALAVA is A MUST!!!
